Requirements

The simulation program ms2 is a standalone application, written in FORTRAN90. The simulation of ms2 requires no specific system characteristics, it can be run on any computing architecture, spanning from single PCs over PC-clusters and vector machines to high end vector parallel equipment. Fast computing architectures are preferred platforms, since most applications of ms2 require large simulation systems and therefore, have high computing demands.

ms2 is distributed as source code. The generation of an executable of ms2 requires a non-recurring compilation of the source using any FORTRAN90 compiler of your choice.
